Mid-year 2014 Modern Dog Magazine held a contest based on votes and the winner would grace the cover of their fall edition. Thanks to the support of thousands of friends and fans, Harley won that contest! This grand accomplishment enabled Harley was to spread the message about puppy mills to an even greater audience.
