Otis is SAFE! Harley's Dream 6 years ago GREAT NEWS!! Just this evening we rescued a sad and scared 10-year-old Chihuahua from a Los Angeles shelter. Little “Otis” will need immediate medical attention and we’ll do everything we can for him. We’ll have more details very soon! Please share this:
