Join us on Saturday, September 9th for ‘Puppy Mill Awareness Day’ in downtown Berthoud, Colorado in Fickel Park from 11am-5pm. This dog and family-friendly festival will feature awareness booths, vendors, music, food trucks, adoptable rescue dogs, a Blessing of the Animals, Town of Berthoud Proclamation, a doggie flea market, doggie costume contest, and much more! Plus, you can’t miss, The Puppy mill Experience Interactive Tour.
Puppy Mill Awareness Day is FREE to attend. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Feel free to bring a chair or picnic blanket and spend the day!
The event will be hosted by Colorado-based nonprofit organization Harley’s Dream, established in 2016 to create awareness and educate the public about the commercial dog breeding industry, also known as puppy mills.
Puppy Mill Awareness Day would not be possible without the support of generous sponsors! Please visit this page for a complete list of our 2023 sponsors.
