When Harley passed away, his best buddy Teddy became his “dream keeper”. Their relationship was unique and they had a very strong bond; always working together trying to make Harley’s dream come true. With the passing of Harley in 2016 and then of Teddy in July 2019, we continue their legacies with the nonprofit, Harley’s Dream. Their lives have inspired thousands of people to effect change in the puppy mill industry. Their voices continue to be heard … the Little Dogs with a Big Dream.
