Fernando’s ashes reside in a beautiful ceramic urn which was designed by American sculptor, Angie Caradonna. The scene on the urn depicts many dogs happily frolicking together in nature as they await being reunited with their owner one day.
A day doesn’t go by that we don’t think of our precious Fernando and wish he were with us now. Imagining Fernando pain-free, being able to run and jump and play, feeling nothing but joy … it helps give us peace.
The Rainbow Bridge
By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill,
Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still.
Where the friends of man and woman do run,
When their time on earth is over and done.
For here, between this world and the next,
Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest.
On this golden land, they wait and they play,
Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day.
No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness,
For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness.
Their limbs are restored, their health renewed,
Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued.
They romp through the grass, without even a care,
Until one day they start, and sniff at the air.
All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back,
Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack.
For just at that instant, their eyes have met;
Together again, both person and pet.
So they run to each other, these friends from long past,
The time of their parting is over at last.
The sadness they felt while they were apart,
Has turned into joy once more in each heart.
They embrace with a love that will last forever,
And then, side-by-side, they cross over… together.

Are you going to be able to sell these urns to the public? I have my best buddy Caesar who died 2003 and I have his ashes and would love to have this urn to keep his ashes instead of a plastic box. They are absolutely beautiful!

Oh Fernando💓 You are so precious and were so very loved.. still are forever. Every time I read the Rainbiw Bridge poem I cry. I can’t wait to be reunited with all my babies and spend eternity surrounded by them. The urn us absolutely beautiful, just perfect for your ashes. Gone but never forgotten.. I hope you and Harley have found each other and are playing like young puppies together at the 🌈🐾💖🐾 xxxx

Such a beautiful poem. Brought tears to my eyes. I have my sweet baby Xena’s urn next to my bed. I think of her every day. I so understand the emotional pain. Rest in peace sweet Fernando. Fernando was so loved by his family and his family loved him deeply.

I was looking through pictures the other day and came across Fernando’s picture with the big pink bow tie, he was such a sweet boy! Beautiful urn for Fernando, I’m sending prayers to help with your healing of the loss of that precious little guy!
