Dear Friends,
The Harley’s Dream Auction – “Bidding for Change” closed last night with a grand total of $29,720 raised and we are ECSTATIC! We realize this auction came at a time when many people and animals needed help due to the hurricanes and fires in our country. We certainly don’t feel that the puppy mill issue is more important than the tragedies that many people are facing, and we are very grateful for all the support Harley’s Dream has received to continue our mission to raise awareness and educate about the puppy mill industry.
One of the categories in our auction was designed specifically to raise money for Hurricane Pet Relief and the total raised for that effort is $493.00. Those funds will be donated directly to a small organization (to be announced soon) that is helping save and care for pets that have been misplaced or injured during the hurricanes.
The auction’s success is owed to those who donated so many wonderful and creative items, and especially to those of you who generously bid on the items. We’re forever grateful!

you guys do such good work. it actually is because of you guys and lori and Nolan (frosty strong page) that I decided to adopt a dog from our local shelter 2 years ago. he is absolutely an awesome dog. keep up the good work. if we all work together we will eventually shut done all the puppy mills and pet store and the shelters will all be empty
