California AB 485 just passed the Senate 32-0! WOO HOO!!!!!
This means that California will be the first state in the USA to require that all dogs, cats and rabbits sold in stores statewide come from rescue organizations, not commercial breeding facilities (puppy mills). THIS IS A MONUMENTAL VICTORY!!!!

This is wonderful news! Thank you, Harley and all the hard workers to get this law passed. Having lived in California for 18 years, I’m sure that as a leader in regulations, many more states will follow it’s lead!

Such wonderful news! Now we have to get more states to do the exact same thing. I’m certainly going to do everything I can to get Iowa’s representatives to do the same. I’m ashamed to admit that Iowa is 2nd in the nation for puppy mills, something has to be done! Sharon Ullrick

I can’t hardly wait for ALL the states in the United States do the same. NO PUPPY MILLS, NO SUFFERING, NO EXPLOTATION!!!!
I’m proud of my state for passing this law. Crying happy tears. This news is absolutely monumental. Harley, my angel, your dream is is being realized.
