The fact is, I never got to meet my brother, but I know him well, and I know he would have given me the sweater right off his back.

Truly lovely photos & how lovely that Harley’s sweater is keeping Fernando warm 💙 I still miss Harley! It is because of him that I rescued my 2 Chihuahua’s. I have always had Spaniel’s but I loved Harley so much I wanted to do this Rescue. They have been life changing!
