Mom said “Wanna take a bath, Fernando?” and I said “Heck no!” and she said “Come on, it’ll be fun.” and I said “Heck no!”
And so, into the sink I went.
At first things went well. I stood there and got all soapy. Mom would say things like “Isn’t this great, Fernando? I’ll bet you’re lovin’ the massage…. oooooh!” and I thought “Heck no I’m not.” Then Mom grabbed her camera and I thought “What the heck?? How long’s this gonna take? Get me outta here!”
I was patient….
that is…
until the final rinse.
And then I couldn’t take it no more. I went into a rage. I do that sometimes. I was growling and biting and all crazy like.
Dad helped calm me down and he got me all dried off. I gave him a kiss. But as for Mom … HECK NO … no kisses for her. (I’ll wait til she feeds me supper)

lol…. But I bet you smell soooooo nice after your bath! Our beagle, Molly, doesn’t like her baths either..but I use coconut shampoo and she becomes ‘The Coconut Beagle’…at least till she goes and rolls in something dreadful she finds in the yard….then shes the ‘ Stink-a-doodle’ till her next bath….. 🙂 😉
