Juno’s Place

We’ve followed Juno’s Place on Facebook for years, so we were especially excited to finally meet Juno a year ago when Harley was invited to New York City.  Juno was surprisingly tiny and of course, cute as a button! This special little dog makes people smile, she makes people think, she makes people care, and she makes people act. Juno and her mom, Deborah Young, spend a majority of their time helping animals (and people) in need. Together they volunteer at nursing homes, make personal appearances, help out at animal welfare events, raise money for children in need … and so much more!

Recently Juno attended the Cold Noses Foundation ‘Paws on the Beach’ event and she arrived in style in her own special car … but this time it was sporting a “Harley & Teddy” sticker! Juno has always been a big supporter of Harley, Teddy and National Mill Dog Rescue, helping raise awareness about puppy mills. We love Juno and her mom, and EVERYTHING THEY STAND FOR, they are the BEST! Please be sure to support their efforts by following them on social media: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  1. I too am a big admirer of Juno and her Mom, Deb Young. They hold a special place in my heart like Harley and Teddy.

  2. I love that you are spreading the message about the horrors of puppy mills and how it affects so many. I have nominated you for the Real Neat Blog Award. If you choose not to accept I understand I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate everything that you are doing. I adopted my own puppy mill mama and she is such a wonderful girl, I hate that so much of her life was so hard.

  3. Absolutely beautiful! Loved Harley and love Juno and Jake FSF – they do much to help destroy puppy mills – teaching others about their existence and how the poor dogs are mistreated. And then there is Deb – who is so extremely precious, guiding these sweet animals through their little lives and helping them to teach others. We are so lucky to be a Member of Juno’s Pack.

  4. I love these two Deb and Juno! (And pack) and I adored Harley and learned so much from him. What a perfect way to describe this dynamic duo. They are truly non-stop on helping educate and care for those less fortunate – Im constantly amazed at the endless compassion they show and the events they attend to show support.
