A package arrived in the mail a couple days ago and it was filled with beautiful, hand-knitted sweaters! Our friends Donna and Joyce from Montana sent them to Fernando and Winston and THE BOYS WERE SO EXCITED!! They immediately tried on the red sweaters and wanted their picture taken! There were 13 sweaters in all (2 styles, full-length and short) and each was lovingly knitted by hand. Fernando and Winston will get to keep a few and the rest will be donated to the puppy mill survivors at National Mill Dog Rescue.
We extend a heartfelt “thank you” to Donna and Joyce for their thoughtfulness and for bringing joy (and warmth) to Fernando and Winston. <3
